We work under the instruction of the appointed Executor - but it’s also a partnership. We’re able to make recommendations based on our experience and hands-on involvement with the practical, everyday care and sorting of the Estate.

Immediate Needs • Care-taking of the house, pets, plants and garden, even house-sitting if necessary • Answer alarm calls • Clear the refrigerator, check the letterbox, and gather incoming invoices • Prepare home for arrival of the family, if necessary.

Estate Administration • Find and organize important documents for Executors, Attorneys and Financial Planners • Act as Personal Representative • Arrange appraisals of real estate and belongings • Inventory and distribute personal property according to the Will, or other instructions • Assist with internet accounts/digital assets.

Estate Clearing • Sort personal property for storage, sale and/or donation • Coordinate with private dealers, auction, consignment or estate sale companies • Document and arrange for donations • Clean out trash and recycling • Source local cleaners, maintenance, Estate Agents and meet them on-site.

Other Services • Return rented items like medical equipment, cable/internet boxes, etc. • Shred documents • Digitize or copy photos, slides, films and videos • Dispose of medications and household chemicals.
